OmegaPro was a Dubai-based MLM/Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors of $650M+ globally by promising forex and crypto trading returns. The US DOJ indicted co-founder Michael Shannon Sims and top promoter Juan Carlos Reynoso in July 2025, charging wire fraud and money laundering (up to 20 years each). The FBI is actively seeking victim information. The scheme used classic MLM recruitment structures while claiming to generate returns through algorithmic forex trading that never existed.
